As a Project Director, you will be responsible for driving project success while supporting career development of team members.
About the Role- Lead and direct project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and work sharing across regions.
- Maintain health and safety performance within the team by monitoring leading and lagging indicators.
- Manage the talent lifecycle, including recruitment, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
- Foster a success-oriented environment by displaying collaborative behaviours and exerting measured influence.
- Promote a happy, supportive, and inclusive culture aligned with core values.
- Ensure team utilisation through effective forecasting, networking, business development, and delegation.
- Support team members in achieving professional certifications and registration requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 7 years' professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to foster a collaborative spirit between staff and stakeholders.
- Commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Broad range of skills covering people management, business development, and project delivery.
- Highly developed interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills.
