Junior Legal Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Junior Legal Secretary to support our administration team within a well-known global law firm on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend or become permanent.

  • Providing general administrative support and assisting in preparing documents and correspondence
  • Organising catering, meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing reception and welcoming guests
  • Handling general office duties and administrative support tasks
  • Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and in-person
  • Coordinating incoming mail together with a range of records/file management activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to work 5 days per week in office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do and proactive attitude
