About this Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of junior legal secretary. As a junior legal secretary, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable legal experience and work with a friendly and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing matters efficiently
  • Organising and confirming meetings and appointments effectively
  • Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence professionally
  • Managing files accurately
  • Providing general administrative support (photocopying, printing and scanning)

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months current experience working within a law firm
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm and strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to their work
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • High energy levels and strong motivation
  • Good technical skills
