\Behaviour Support Practitioner\

We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Professionals to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, no two days will be the same.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Working in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres\
  • Utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding\
  • Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)\
  • Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework\
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)\
  • Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges\
