We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Logan City.
About the Role- This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced therapists and receive one-on-one supervision.
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- More Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave to support your success both at work and at home.
- More Annual Leave: Up to 5 weeks, including a week of bonus leave.
- Professional Development: Up to 4 days professional development leave per year, plus regular in-service training from senior practitioners.
- Clinical Support: Work alongside the team in a dedicated clinic room, with calendared one-to-one supervision and fortnightly peer supervision.
- Administrative Support: Our client service team handles all administrative tasks, including client waitlist management and bookings.
- Flexibility: The ability to choose your working hours and complete administrative work from home.
- Autonomy: Full control over your calendar, with the flexibility to see clients in clinic or in the community, and dedicated administrative time.
