The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel to join our Sydney team. Depending on your level of experience, you will oversee or assist with overseeing the carriage of Personal Injury and Workers Comp matters, ensuring customer care across the practice is satisfactory from engagement through to the resolution of individual clients' legal matters. You will also identify continuous improvement strategies for the practice and assist with their implementation.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 3 to 15 years' post-admission experience in personal injury law, with experience managing workers compensation matters. You should be a down-to-earth individual with excellent attention to detail, able to work autonomously within a team structure. You will also have:

  • Excellent advocacy skills and proven file management experience.
  • Experience in Workers Compensation is essential.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
