Job Title: Assistant Director, Quality And Compliance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Quality and Compliance team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of food safety practices and standards, as well as strong leadership and supervisory skills.

The role is responsible for the oversight of our Food Safety Program, compliance with food safety standards, the Quality Management System, staff training, management of corrective action and adherence to food safety policies and procedures.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to consistently display sound communication skills through the use of computer-based software in the development of departmental contractual, policy and financial performance reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing large teams, developing and implementing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
