Key Responsibilities of Swim Teacher Role:

Job Description

As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. This involves creating a supportive learning environment that fosters the development of students' skills and confidence.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and management to ensure the smooth operation of the swimming lesson program.

In addition to teaching, you may be required to assist with administrative tasks such as managing customer records and processing payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for teaching and working with people of all ages and abilities.
  • A Level 2 swimming teaching qualification or equivalent (training can be provided).
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent (training can be provided).
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
