Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team. As a Support Care Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

The Opportunity

This is a casual role that offers flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You will be based in the Gold Coast region and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable and committed individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and Epilepsy
  • National Driver's License with a fully insured car
  • At least one year of experience supporting people with disabilities
  • Relevant visa or working rights in Australia
