Energy Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the technical aspects of large-scale renewable energy and storage projects.
- Leverage leadership and collaboration skills to manage all technical aspects of 100 MW to multi-GW renewable energy and storage projects from inception to construction.
- Support other technical development managers and the broader team on civil engineering related matters.
- Coordinate engineering activities to deliver measurement campaigns, layouts, energy yield assessments, and optimized balance of plant concept and tender designs.
- Engage in the technical and techno-commercial aspects of EPC, S&I, BOP, and O&M contract tender and negotiation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant engineering bachelor's or master's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the renewable energy and energy storage industry in client-facing roles
- Analytic mindset with the ability to identify and summarize complex topics in a structured and concise way
- Familiar with the interface between commercial and technical aspects of a project
