Senior HSE Systems Business Professional

AGL is seeking a mid-level systems professional to support their key Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) digital systems. This parental leave cover role will start immediately and run until early June 2025.
The primary objective of this position is to provide ongoing support for SAP Fiori applications, HSE Cloud Applications, and business processes that enable AGL Australia to work safely in accordance with their HSE Strategy.
This role requires active engagement with key business and IT stakeholders, as well as collaboration with the wider HSE team to ensure the success of this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and enhancing HSE digital systems, including SAP Fiori and cloud services.
- Collaborating on testing, implementation, and system improvements.
- Facilitating user testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Promoting AGL values, diversity, and knowledge sharing to drive business success.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as a systems business analyst.
- IT proficiency with strong competence in Microsoft 365 and SAP systems (S/4 HANA, EHS Module, Fiori).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, empathic listening, and undertaking challenging conversations.
- Experience in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including change management.
- Proven ability to adapt to new systems and working environments.
- Industry experience and an understanding of HSE processes and systems.
- High level of general computer literacy.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
