About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Business Partner to collaborate with our Zinfra operational teams, delivering exceptional HSE solutions in line with our strategy.
The successful candidate will build partnerships with internal clients, implementing company policies, programs, and initiatives for continuous improvement in H&S risk management and visible safety guidance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering a proactive HSE culture with accountability, ownership, awareness, and guidance.
- Coordinating and implementing HSE projects and initiatives within business areas.
- Providing timely professional advice, coaching, and support on HSE policies and issues.
- Assisting with interpreting and adopting HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring managers to promote a positive and resilient safety culture.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and management systems.
- Engaging with the team persistently to manage safety, accepting incremental progress.
- Being present and visible, building strong relationships and contributing to the team dynamic.
About You:
Ideally, you'll bring the capability to tactfully navigate complex situations, a collaborative team spirit, exceptional communication, and proficiency in coordinating tasks for a cohesive team dynamic.
Your dedication to proactive troubleshooting and maintaining excellent professional standards will be paramount.
Experience in the electrical industry or a civil works background on blue-collar sites would be beneficial for effectively managing demanding customer requirements, ensuring safety team compliance, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that work for you.
