Job Description:

  • Participate in the investigation of inventory variances and provide support for stock takes.
  • Accurately record stock take and cycle counting documentation.
  • Audit return cores and generate accuracy reports.
  • Maintain import shipping documents and registers.
  • Provide administrative support for container fumigation processes.
  • Process purchase orders in a timely manner (air & sea).
  • Communicate accurate arrival times of inbound parts to stakeholders.
  • Receive returning branch replenishment.
  • Process outbound replenishment orders.
  • Run reports and manage back orders.
  • Address customer and supplier queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline.
  • Three years of relevant administrative experience in a similar position.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Driver's license.
  • Self-motivated, positive, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to demonstrate initiative.
