Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

As a Clinical Adviser, your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical advice and support to our claims department and assessors. You will also be responsible for ensuring audits comply with relevant rules and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical guidance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of claims data.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hospital and provider billing teams to facilitate effective audit processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Resolving complex clinical and administrative issues through effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
