Job Title

A key member of our team is required to oversee asset management and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large asset bases, preferably in a Telco/Infrastructure/Asset-intensive environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Asset Management, Reporting and Analysis: In this pivotal finance position, you will be responsible for facilitating financial management of asset procurement and work-in-progress, ensuring accurate data quality and providing regular reports.
  • Facilitate Financial Management: Complete asset capitalisations, review incoming asset invoices and related transactions for completeness and correct coding.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Continual review and maintenance of asset data, primarily custodians and locations.
  • Support Business Partnerships: Assist Financial Controller with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, focusing on depreciation, commitments, insurance returns and any other tasks required.
  • Manage Relationships: Manage relationships and financial performance for a small set of cost centres.
  • Provide Backup: Provide backup to Financial Controller, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
    • Requirements:
    • Experience: Experience working with a large asset base, preferably in a Telco/Infrastructure/Asset-intensive environment.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation.
