Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to support injured workers in their recovery journey
- Collaborate with employers, employees, and healthcare professionals to design and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to promote return to work
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve services and outcomes
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or a related field
- Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for injury prevention and return to work
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
