Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage caseloads and provide clinical case management services to injured workers
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Work collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or a related field
- Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- A passion for injury prevention and return to work
