About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Konekt, a leading provider of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organisations achieve their potential through exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
