Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team in providing clinical pharmacy services to patients. This is an exciting opportunity for early career pharmacists or those looking to further develop their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Create and provide medication profiles to patients on discharge
  • Counsel hospital patients on discharge medications
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Support patients, carers, and hospital staff through the patient journey
  • Educate and advise staff and patients on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines

About You

  • We are looking for a motivated and passionate pharmacist who is eager to deliver exceptional pharmacy services to our patients.
  • You will have strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth is essential.
  • A high attention to detail and ability to work independently are also required.
