About the role Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a talented and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Warringal Private Hospital.
As a Pharmacist at Ramsay Warringal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.
This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing: Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication review, counselling, and monitoring Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes Maintain detailed records and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes What we're looking for: Registered Pharmacist with a current registration to practice in Victoria Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care Strong organisational and time management skills Passion for the pharmacy profession and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business What we offer At Ramsay Pharmacy, we are dedicated to supporting the professional and personal development of our team members.
