This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Aged Care Team Leader. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

\About The Role\
  • Key Responsibilities:
\
  • Provide social and emotional support to all residents, ensuring that care provision is holistic and person-centred.
  • Support the coordination of care needs across the facility, including medication management, nutrition and hydration, and pressure care management.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within your designated wing or area.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and policies.
\Your Skills and Qualifications\
  • You must have relevant qualifications such as Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication) OR Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines) OR Certificate III in Individual Support with willingness to undertake training to obtain required qualifications.
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness is essential.
  • You should be an effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required.
  • A current National police check is also required.
  • A working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control is necessary.
