Lead Our Team as a Restaurant Manager at Grill'd

We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to lead our teams in Grill'd Tweed Heads and Coolangatta. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver great burgers and an awesome customer experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, support, and manage your team on a day-to-day basis, working front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor.
  • Focus on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
  • Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coach team members by delivering workshops and online training.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPI's.

  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability, with a customer-first approach.
