About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catholic school leader to join our team as Principal of St Mary's Catholic Primary School. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our students, and promoting the values of our Catholic faith.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the school's operations, including teaching and learning, student welfare, and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement school policies and procedures that align with the values and mission of our Catholic school.
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive school improvement and achieve our goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Ensure the school's financial and human resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
