Field Marketing Manager, ANZ

About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager is a critical position within our regional field sales organization. As a key marketing leader, you will define solutions focus areas, strategic direction, and marketing needs to drive pipeline creation.

This role involves executing best-in-class region and local language campaigns, both directly and with partners. You will drive thought leadership and customer executive collaboration on physical security and cloud topics, while tracking budgets, lead flow, and follow-up results against goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary local representative for marketing in your region
  • Develop and plan the overall regional marketing strategy to meet customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives
  • Execute successful region and local language campaigns, both direct and with partners
  • Drive local, high-touch thought leadership and customer executive collaboration on physical security and cloud topics
  • Closely track budgets, lead flow, and follow-up results against goals
Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing and demand generation experience, preferably in B2B with a fast-growing tech company
  • Proven ability to act as an advisor and peer with sales leadership
  • Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Possession of a "do whatever it takes" attitude
