Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our security and estate facilities operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incident responses, security investigations, and audits to guarantee the safety and security of staff, students, and property.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage incident responses, security investigations, and audits to ensure the safety and security of staff, students, and property.
  • Maintain safe environments through risk analysis, policy development, and crisis management planning.
  • Provide oversight across key soft services, including security, cleaning, and waste, ensuring service quality, value for money, and alignment with compliance and performance standards.
  • Deliver top-notch campus services to optimize business outcomes and mitigate risks, ensuring campuses operate seamlessly.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by prioritizing security and cleaning initiatives that align with enterprise goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to foster innovation and teamwork.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications or substantial experience in security, crisis, or emergency management. They will exhibit adept people and resource management skills, fostering a positive team culture and providing operational and tactical leadership. They will demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships.
