Our company is seeking a skilled Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. This role plays an integral part in providing strategic support to key clients through the coordination of residential, commercial, and industrial routine inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with real estate agents to ensure compliance with requirements for leased properties.
  • Organize routine inspections with agents throughout Queensland.
  • Collate property documentation required for clients and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct property inspections on owned and leased commercial sites, providing itemized reports and recommendations.
  • Attend site meetings with contractors on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain building information documents, plans, and guides.
  • Assist in mitigating risks to both Colliers and its clients.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple matters and work under deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good financial and IT literacy, understanding budgeting processes.
  • Understanding of basic building services and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to comprehend technical and legislative documents.
  • Capacity to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
