Job Title: Program Implementation Specialist

This is a 12-month contract role for a skilled professional with a Federal Government organization located in Geelong CBD, Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transformation projects and change programs, developing action plans, tracking and reporting on various initiatives and projects, and maintaining underlying work and program plans and schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed project plans that define and coordinate ongoing work programs and change agendas across various portfolios of the branch.
  • Conducting research and analysis activities to support development of key projects within the branch.
  • Providing timely updates to stakeholders on project status and issues affecting projects.
  • Offering advice and support to stakeholders on agency policies, procedures, systems, and documentation.
  • Assisting in the development of project management methodologies and processes.

Requirements include relevant qualifications in project management, experience working in the financial or government sector, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, and Australian citizenship.

Australian citizenship is a requirement for this position.
