Kis Program Convener Role Overview
The successful candidate will implement the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program, organize and convene the Regional Advisory Group (RAG) process, and provide support and guidance to service users.
About This OpportunityThis part-time role is ideal for an experienced individual who can effectively manage block-funded programs and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Implement the KIS program in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
- Organize and chair RAG meetings to ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality information, support, and guidance to all KIS service users.
- Liaise with Department of Education and Training regarding funding and data requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and a commitment to ethical and professional behavior.
Your Skills and QualificationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and qualified individual with:
- Demonstrated experience managing block-funded programs.
- Previous experience working with government departments and organizations.
- Strong chairing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and program-specific databases.
You will also need to meet the following requirements:
- NDS Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- Current Driver's License.
