Workplace Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of health experts dedicated to improving the well-being of employees through education, training, and coaching.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive workplace wellness programs for clients across Melbourne
  • Conduct thorough health checks and risk assessments
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions on health and wellness strategies
  • Facilitate ergonomic and injury prevention programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse workforces
  • Mentor and motivate employees to set and achieve meaningful health goals
  • Organize engaging team events and wellness activities that promote collaboration and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy/Occupational Health/Exercise Science or related field
  • Relevant accreditation with governing body (e.g. ESSA, APHRA)
  • Experience working in a workplace health and wellness environment
  • Current First Aid Certificate and valid Driver's License
  • Covid vaccination and willingness to undergo Police check
