
Forecasting and Planning Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead our supply chain forecasting and volume management, ensuring accurate predictions and effective arrangements.
- Develop and manage monthly forecasts, including farm-level inputs and MFR preparation.
- Support the development of annual budgets, incorporating third-party volumes and driving continuous improvement in milk supply data.
- Manage third-party agreements, including vendor setup, pricing, and reporting, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic projects across the organization.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in forecasting, supply planning, and stakeholder engagement. Required qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Agricultural Science.
- Experience in account management, demand planning, or supply forecasting.
- A solid understanding of dairy or agricultural production systems.
- Knowledge of commercial milk pricing structures.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
