About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Manage the seamless execution and delivery of projects and specific project elements, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to allocate labor and equipment for large-scale projects based on operational requirements, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor on-site employee performance, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and ensure that team members are equipped to meet and exceed targets.
  • Site Visits: Partner with sales and branch teams to conduct site assessments and scope out work requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered to inform project decisions.
  • Project Meetings: Lead pre-mobilization and post-project meetings, ensuring that all actions are addressed and completed, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest safety standards.
  • Expertise: Expertise in dewatering pumping system design and installation, with a strong understanding of relevant plant, equipment, pipework, and installations.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire, empower, and motivate teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in the Water, Mining, Construction, or Heavy industries, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to conduct site visits as necessary, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
