An exciting opportunity exists for a high-performing Town Planner to contribute to our Land Management team on the Gold Coast.

To keep Queensland moving, we are actively recruiting for a Town Planner to ensure members of the community and key stakeholders receive accurate, consistent, and timely information regarding road infrastructure and related activities on and around the state-controlled road network.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing specialist town planning and development assessment advice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Planning Policy in accordance with Town Planning legislation, processes, and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • A Degree in Town Planning or another relevant profession acceptable by the Planning Institute of Australia.
