Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement engineering schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company operating and cost efficiencies, quality and safety standards, and customer delivery deadlines.
  • Collaborate with engineering manager and production manager to support new project review and resolution of production issues.
  • Support the engineering team to resolve production issues and ensure engineering schedules are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) – Or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience as a team lead in an engineering environment.

Technical Skills:
SAP MM, PP, Microsoft Office. Autodesk - Auto CAD, Inventor, and Vault experience. PTC - Creo and Windchill experience. Interact in a friendly and efficient manner with suppliers, customers, and staff. Be self-motivated and capable of multitasking. Demonstrate effective communication and team skills with a keen eye for detail.
