Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and drafters, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  2. Provide technical direction, verification, and specialist input into structural engineering tasks.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations, conduct site inspections, and liaise with stakeholders such as builders, architects, and project managers.
  4. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality management systems.
  5. Monitor project efficiency, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and within budget.

Requirements:
  1. Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
  2. Registration with Engineers Australia's National Engineering Register.
  3. Proven experience as a Building Certifier.
  4. Familiarity with Australian Standard Design Codes of Practice.
  5. Strong understanding of residential, industrial, and commercial structural design.
  6. Competency with 3D structural analysis software.
  7. Excellent communication, report writing, and time management skills.
  8. Experience in mentoring and leading teams, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
