Operational Leadership Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational leader to oversee our manufacturing plant operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth plant operation
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets on time and within set parameters
  • Serve as a key point of contact for plant personnel, including technicians, engineers, maintenance workers, and support staff
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to senior management
  • Maintain a safe working environment, with optimal equipment condition and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Compile accurate records of production, inventory, and relevant metrics
  • Provide insightful reports on plant performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership or a related role
  • Proven track record of meeting production targets, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, lean manufacturing methodologies)
