Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a key role that enables us to efficiently manage our warehouse operations, timely receipting of materials, and accurate inventory control.

The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of daily site activities, ensuring efficient management of resources, and effective utilization of warehouse capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
  • Coordinate timely receipting of materials, ensuring seamless supply chain management
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Train and supervise team members to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
  • Maintain accurate OHS documentation, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Meet client goods requirements, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage pick and pack processes to ensure timely order completion

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields, with experience in a similar role
  • Forklift License (required)
  • Crane License (desired)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD
  • Proficiency in meeting Product SLA lead-times, demonstrating strong analytical skills

  • Leadership skills in managing small teams, fostering collaboration and open communication
  • Successful coordination of goods supply and delivery, showcasing ability to work under pressure
  • Cultivated safe, consultative work cultures, promoting employee well-being and engagement

Working Conditions:

Licences/Certifications:

  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
