Strategic Client Engagement Lead

In a rapidly evolving global market, we are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead client success initiatives for our Mid Market portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain high-value partnerships with key clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive programme adoption and usage through expert consultation, strategy development, and delivery.
  2. Cultivate opportunities to upsell additional solutions, collaborating closely with colleagues to secure new revenue streams.
  3. Pursue account plans with the Strategic Account Manager to bolster client retention rates and optimize expansion pipeline conversions.
  4. Evaluate engagement data to demonstrate programme value and alignment with client success goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in proactive B2B client relationship management with exceptional internal and external networking skills.
  • Able to partner with mid-sized organizations (500-2000 employees).
  • Experience presenting programme solutions to end-users.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a history of delivering against client retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Capacity to translate technical solutions or complex client challenges into actionable insights.
