  • Provide in-depth tax advice, structuring, and transaction support to various teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide tax strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Support the strategic delivery of Australian and international tax matters for projects including acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition implementation, new product and fund structures, general income tax and indirect tax advice, and ongoing asset monitoring.

About You:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with a Master's degree in Tax or similar field.
  • Extensive experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or large corporate/financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully advising on domestic and international tax matters, structuring investments, and navigating complex statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
