Senior Property Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Management Executive to lead our property management division.

  • This role will oversee the end-to-end management of a 220-property rent roll, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • As a senior executive, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a junior property manager to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identification and resolution of escalated maintenance issues and complex tenancy matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with legislation and company procedures at all times.
  • Drive performance and service quality across the team by setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with directors and other departments to drive business growth and onboarding of new managements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior property management or head of department role.
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate or License.
  • Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using property management software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
