We're seeking a detail-driven and organised individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and People Experience Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating processes and experiences that delight our community and candidates.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling confidential information, be quick to learn new tech platforms, and have a passion for building their skills and career across talent, people experience, and venture scaling.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be flexible when things shift, and have a willingness to test and learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in scheduling software, Workday, Jira, Udemy, and other relevant tools.
