Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial targets and underwriting profit and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.
  • Underwrite authority in all lines, evaluating and accepting or declining new lines, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Recommend account trade-off decisions and assist in providing input on portfolio analysis, profit analysis, premium planning, market and environment analysis, process and systems effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Responsible for underwriting results of assigned producers and provide input on premium planning variance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers, communicating Chubb's business appetites and retaining existing or producing new business.
  • Assist in underwriting training and producer relations, and be proficient in finding solutions for unique underwriting situations.
