Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional capacity assessments and develop individualized therapy plans that address participants' unique needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and behavior support practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.

  • Develop and implement assistive technology prescriptions and home modification strategies to enhance participants' independence and safety.

  • Provide education and training to participants and their families on effective coping strategies, adaptive techniques, and other relevant topics.
