Occupational Therapist - Community-Based Services

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a graduate occupational therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others. As an occupational therapist, you will be working with individuals who require support to participate in daily activities and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to participants in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
  • Apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
  • Build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.
What You'll Need:
  • A current AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist or recent completion of a degree in occupational therapy.
  • The ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
