Project Overview
We are seeking experienced Site Engineers to join a major infrastructure project. This role will involve monitoring the project plan, recording progress, resolving engineering issues, managing subcontractors, and ensuring technical matters comply with project standards.
The project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments, including Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks, and RAAF Base Wagga.
The successful candidate will contribute to a safe work culture, review construction drawings and specifications, liaise with foremen and subcontractors, ensure project delivery meets standards, and complete relevant documentation.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent subcontractor management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
