This is a pivotal position within the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) where you will play a key role in planning and executing change initiatives that support staff adaptation to organisational transformation.
As a Change Manager, you will serve as a liaison between the ECMO and business units, working with multidisciplinary teams to assess change impacts, mitigate risks and minimise disruption.
You will design and facilitate training and workshops to support adoption of new technologies and processes, evaluate change effectiveness and continually improve approaches.
The ECMO aims to build sustainable change capability and foster a positive culture of collaboration, trust and high performance, aligning with Australian Public Service values of impartiality, commitment, accountability, respect, ethics and stewardship.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong track record in successfully planning and delivering organisational change by engaging and motivating staff to embrace new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess change impacts and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Design and facilitate training and workshops to support adoption of new technologies and processes
- Evaluate change effectiveness and continually improve approaches
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong track record in planning and delivering organisational change
- Deep knowledge of Prosci or similar change methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will be offered an excellent daily rate and the potential for a further 12-month extension.
