We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tradesperson to join our team. As an Electrical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, terminating, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble, install, terminate, test, commission and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, electrical distribution equipment and systems, electrical control equipment, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with electrical codes, specifications, and standards.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Unrestricted driver's licence
- A Class Electrical License (within home state)
- LV Rescue and Resuscitation Certificate (within 12 months)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Ability to pass a medical examination and random drug & alcohol tests
