Experienced Electrical / Mechanical Fitters are required to join a growing workshop in Cardiff.

The workshop provides reliable specialist services in the areas of electric motors, generators and condition monitoring.

Our capabilities include the manufacture, installation, commissioning, repair, testing and service of business-critical power generation and electric motor products.

We have a fully fitted workshop with skilled mechanical and electrical staff providing regular and responsive service to clients across various sectors.

Our success is built on highly skilled, experienced and dedicated staff providing quality critical asset management services based on our simple philosophy: to provide professional service excellence with integrity and helpfulness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in repairing AC and DC Motors.
  • Fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Fitter or Electrician.
  • Experience in repairing flameproof motors (Desirable).
  • Valid Forklift Licence (Desirable).
  • Valid driving licence.
  • White Card.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Commitment to compliance, including health and safety measures of both the Company and customers.
  • Outstanding commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
  • Dedication to problem solving and product performance.
  • Good presentation and effective organisation and communication skills.
  • Australian Working Rights.

Requirements:

This role would suit a self-motivated Electrical or Mechanical Fitter who is used to working under minimal supervision and looking to develop their skills.

Strong knowledge and experience working on both AC & DC motors is essential.
