Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service to guests, with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will also be responsible for assisting with guest requests, handling complaints in a positive manner, and communicating effectively with other departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests in every interaction
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to procedures related to guest confidentiality
  • Assist with guest requests and handle complaints in a proactive manner
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure cohesive guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • An energetic and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant software is a bonus
  • Current driver's licence
