At our audiology services provider, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in North west Tasmania.

This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing expert audiology services to our patients. You will be an integral part of our mission to improve the quality of life for those with hearing difficulties.

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations for children and adults.
  • Select, fit, and program hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
  • Provide counselling and rehabilitation services to patients and their families.
  • Develop your skills to perform diagnostic tests (ABR and Vestibular Tests) through ongoing training.
  • Removal of ear wax (training provided).
  • Tinnitus consultation and management (optional + training provided).
  • Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

What we're looking for

  • QP Number (preference given but not mandatory)
  • Registration with AcAud or Aud Australia.
  • Current Driver's License, WWVP and WWC card.
  • Strong knowledge of hearing assessment techniques, hearing aid technologies, and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
