Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our hospitality team.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall experience is memorable and enjoyable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Preparing and dispensing beverages, as well as running food to tables
  • Taking orders and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Assisting with large groups or bookings, and responding to gaming enquiries

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling and processing transactions accurately
  • A solid understanding of food and beverage products, including knowledge of our menu offerings
  • Current Tasmanian RSA and RCG certificates, or ability to obtain
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
